Tags

Tags in SAVOIRR are a powerful feature that allows you to categorise and quickly find consultations, procedures, documents, and more. They help you streamline your workflow, generate targeted reports, and stay on top of important updates.

You can assign a tag to various items such as consultations, procedures, documents, organisations, people, and news. Tags help you categorise and organise your work by grouping related items, making it easier to locate and manage important information quickly.

Tags are essential

  • for generating reports. When creating a report, you can select one or multiple tags to determine which items should be included, allowing you to focus on specific topics or categories.
  • for staying responsive to new developments. By activating notifications for specific tags, you’ll receive alerts whenever a new event is added to a tagged item, ensuring you're always informed and can react quickly.

Create and assign a tag to a relevant item

  1. Create a tag via the sidebar navigation. Click on the + next to Tags.

  2. You can organise your tags into main tags and sub-tags for better categorisation.

For instance, you might have a main tag called "Digitalisation" with sub-tags such as "Data Security" and "Data Privacy".

  3. Assign colours to your tags to make it easy to identify tagged items at a glance. For example, when viewing an overview of consultations, the coloured tabs on the top left of each item will indicate their associated tags.
  4. You can choose whether a tag is private (only visible to you) or shared with your team for collaborative purposes.

Depending on your needs you can activate notifications and pin your tags to the side bar.

Once you've created tags and added them to specific items they will appear on the top right of this item.

By clicking on a specific tag, you’ll be taken to the detailed tag page. There you can see the latest updates on tagged items, as well as a full list of all items associated with that tag.
