Search and monitor specific organisations
If you are looking for a specific organisation you know the name of or at least a part of it, use the research section:
- Navigate to 'Research' in the left sidebar;
- Select the organisation tab in the header menu;
- Enter the organisation's name or part of it in the search bar;
- Use search filters for levels and bodies to refine your search.
Organisations can be tagged to access the overview quickly or track any updates related to the organisation.
What information is available?
For public bodies, the organisation page includes
- Latest News, where news published by the organisation are displayed;
- Members of that organisation, to which you can use the search function to find the exact person you are looking for;
- Legislative files the organisation is working on.
Note that the sorting options vary slightly, depending on the organisation type.
For private organisations, SAVOIRR exposes the list of meetings with the legislators grouped by the procedure or topic for each meeting on the organisation page. Hence, you can get an overview of all the lobbying meetings an organisation has had with just one glance.
Everything is interlinked, meaning you can click on the procedure or the person they met to find more information.
Find the organisations influencing specific procedures
If you want to find out more about an organisation meeting with e.g. a rapporteur of a specific procedure, go to that procedure. Scroll down to the decision-makers and influencers section. They are grouped by key legislators and interest groups.
Again, all the information is interlinked, so you can click any organisation name to navigate to the dedicated organisation page
You can sort the interest groups by the most involved organisation or by the most recent meeting date.
