8. Report your findings

You have defined your keywords, activated your notifications, created and added your tags to relevant items and added internal notes via custom data fields, it’s finally time to report to your stakeholders. 


With the reporting features you can extract tagged items, adjust the details of the report and create the right document for your needs.

  1. Give your report a title (mandatory) and a description if desired. Choose the format: PDF, Word, or Excel.
  2. Select the relevant session and/or tag(s) relevant for your report.
  3. Select the type of items your report should include.
  4. Select or remove the information that should be displayed for each item type. You can include your custom data fields as well. Thanks to the preview you can see how the information will appear in the report.
  5. Choose the structure most adapted to your reporting purposes and download your report.

Now you can download the report.
